b. In these terms Canberra PCYC and Insight are referred to as “we,” “us” or “our” and contacts, purchasers, supporters or payers are referred to by those adjectives and as “you” and “your,” as the context requires. The game particulars above are defined terms.

c. All funds raised by our lotteries are directed to the participating PCYC organisations as beneficiaries of the Sunshine Lottery and the funds applied directly to supporting PCYC’s mission to provide activities for everyone to build safer, healthier communities through youth development.

d. Funds raised from this Lottery game are distributed proportionally to the participating PCYC organisations according to the residence of each paid entrant. Fundraising and sales work is directed to the states in which the promoter is permitted to conduct fundraising.

e. These conditions as provided here apply to each game in sequence however the games and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time. Those amendments may include changing the prizes, structure of the game, administration and pricing and other changes. These are the rules of new game which succeeds the Sunshine Lottery game conducted by PCYC Queensland up to 15 December 2025. Please review these conditions. We will alert you to major changes to these conditions. You are taken to have agreed to these changed conditions unless you contact us.

Where a young person, someone inclined to irresponsible gaming or a vulnerable person makes a purchase, we will happily refund the entry purchase sum if that person has not played in a game. We are unable to make refunds after the draw in the absence of exceptional circumstances.

To ensure you are entered, we may seek payment from an alternate payment method where that has been provided to us.

c. Entry numbers are allocated to you as a Sunshine VIP member according to the highest value bundle based on the total sum of payments received from you before each new Sunshine Lottery close date. Your entry numbers are sent to you prior to the draw. d. Your kind support can always be put to good use in PCYC’s work with young people. To make that possible, we will notify you if we intend to provide additional entries paid for with an increase in your Sunshine VIP support. If you do not wish to participate in that increase when it is notified, please let us know before or after that change occurs. We will not increase your support in this way within 6 months of joining the Sunshine VIP or any other increase.
